University of Central Punjab (UCP) has partnered with Atlas Honda, launching a road safety awareness and outreach initiative, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing responsible and conscientious citizens. A meeting was held at UCP, attended by Mr. Rao Muhammad Arshad Javed, Senior Manager of Health, Safety & Governance at Honda Atlas Cars, and Mr. Adeel Ahmed, Regional Manager at Atlas Honda Motorcycles. This session was hosted by Dr. Rizwan Shad, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, along with faculty members and representatives from Career Services and Student Affairs Office. This collaboration will include workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions focused on promoting road safety among students and faculty. Special emphasis will be placed on empowering women through mobility and bike-riding training. This initiative marks a significant step towards cultivating a culture of safety, awareness, and community engagement at UCP.
