The University of Central Punjab (UCP) delivered an outstanding performance at the Prime Minister’s University Sports Olympiad 2024, winning all six men-category games. UCP dominated in Athletics with 13 gold, 8 silver, and 8 bronze medals, setting a new record and earning the Title of Best Athlete. The wrestling team secured 8 out of 10 gold medals, clinching the championship title. In volleyball, UCP emerged as Inter University Volleyball Champions after defeating Poonch University, Rawlakot, in the final. In table tennis, Obaid Shah claimed the singles title, while Obaid and Usama Nawaz triumphed in the doubles event. The swimming team made history with 18 gold, 8 silver, and 6 bronze medals, setting 2 new records and earning the Title of Best Swimmer.
