Volunteers in Service (VIS) department organized Breast Cancer Awareness Drive 2024.
UCP’s dedicated female volunteers reached over 3,000 families in Lahore to promote breast cancer awareness, empowering young women with knowledge. Through informative sessions at girls’ schools and colleges, they covered vital topics like breast cancer prevention, early detection, and self-checkup techniques.
With handouts full of important information and collaborations with local educational institutions, this campaign is part of a broader mission for a healthier Pakistan where breast cancer rates are among the highest globally.
