The MBA program at UCP is offered in two distinct pathways to accommodate students from business and non-business academic backgrounds. Both streams combine academic rigor with practical relevance to prepare graduates for leadership and managerial roles in diverse sectors.
The MBA (Business) program consists of 33 credit hours designed for students with an undergraduate degree in business or management. It offers advanced coursework in strategic areas, including data analytics, policy, marketing, and supply chain management, along with electives and a Capstone Project.
The MBA (Non-Business) program consists of 69 credit hours designed for students who do not have a prior background in business studies. The program begins with foundational courses in accounting, finance, marketing, management and economics, followed by advanced core courses, electives and a Capstone Project.
