The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at UCP is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate degree aimed at equipping students with essential business knowledge, analytical skills, and managerial capabilities. The program is structured to foster leadership, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making through a well-rounded curriculum and practical learning experiences. It prepares graduates to navigate a competitive global marketplace and excel in various business functions.

The BBA program consists of 133 credit hours and integrates coursework in general education, business fundamentals, and advanced specialization areas. It is designed to provide both breadth and depth in business studies.

A key feature of the program is its major-minor specialization model, allowing students to customize their academic journey by selecting a primary area of focus (major) and a complementary secondary area (minor) from disciplines such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship. This structure ensures both depth and versatility in students’ professional competencies.

To be eligible for admission into the BBA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Academic Qualification: At least 45% marks in intermediate or equivalent
Admission Test: Applicants are required to pass the UCP Admission Test
Matric Intermediate Admission Test

The BBA program at UCP equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to pursue rewarding careers across a variety of industries. Specializations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship open doors to positions such as brand manager, digital marketing executive, HR business partner, talent acquisition specialist, financial analyst, investment advisor, supply chain manager, logistics planner, and startup founder. Graduates find opportunities in sectors including FMCG, banking and finance, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, consulting, and the startup ecosystem. With courses aligned to industry needs – such as Digital Marketing, People Analytics, Investment Analysis, ERP, and Business Model Innovation – students graduate ready to contribute to both established corporations and emerging ventures.

Further study options include MBA, MS, or international postgraduate programs.

To be awarded the BBA degree, a student must:

  • Successfully complete all required 133 credit hours, including coursework, internship, and Final Year Project.
  • Maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00.
  • Pass all courses as per university and HEC guidelines.
  • Fulfill all administrative and academic obligations of the university (including internship and final year project completion, VIS, attendance, and ethical conduct).
  • Complete the program within the maximum duration of 7 years as allowed by HEC.
