The All Pakistan Inter-University Weightlifting Championship 2024-25 was hosted by the University of Management & Technology under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. Sixteen universities from across the country participated.
The University of Central Punjab won the championship with 8 gold and 2 silver medals. The closing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Asghar Zaidi, Provost UMT, and Mr. Javed Memon, Director General Sports, HEC, who presented trophies and cash prizes to the winners. This reflects UCP’s commitment to students all-round development.
