The University of Central Punjab (UCP) and Haier Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance industry-academia collaboration. This partnership focuses on providing students opportunities such as placements, internships, industry visits, workshops, and mock interviews, all aimed at enhancing professional exposure and career readiness. The MoU was signed by Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui, Dean, Faculty of Management, and Mr. Farhan Mahmood, Director of HR, Haier Pakistan, joined by Mr. Wang Wang Chaoqun, HRBP from China. Mr. Muhammad Usman Ahmed, Manager of Career Services Office/Placement Partner, and Mr. Habib ur Rehman, Manager of Talent Acquisition, signed as witnesses on behalf of UCP and Haier Pakistan, respectively. This partnership highlights UCP’s continued dedication to equipping students with skills necessary for thriving in the professional world.
