Faculty of Media and Mass Communication at the University of Central Punjab celebrated the 9th anniversary of UCP Radio FM 92.6. Led by Dr. Hina Adeeb Jawedani, Incharge, UCP Radio, the event featured a talk on radio’s relevance and cultural roots by one of the guests, Dr. Ahmed Sohail Basra, station director, Radio Pakistan. Mr. Khalid Abbas Dar, radio broadcaster & actor, and Mr. Afzal Saahir, Punjabi poet & broadcaster, were also invited as guests to the event. Prof. Dr. Fawad Baig, Dean, FMMC, praised the efforts of the UCP Radio Team, making the event a memorable milestone in FMMC’s journey.
