Faculty of Engineering (FoE) at UCP achieved a milestone in industry-academia collaboration by signing an MoU with the Creative Group of Companies in order to promote product localization, joint research projects, and training opportunities for engineering faculty and students. The MoU was signed in the presence of Engr. Mian Sultan Mahmood, CEO, Creative Group, along with his team, Dr. Hammad Naveed, Pro-Rector, UCP; Dr. Rizwan Shad, Dean, Faculty of Engineering; Dr. Ali Ahmad, Faculty Industry Liaison Officer (FILO), FoE; and faculty members. Following the MoU signing, the Creative Group delegation was given a tour of UCP’s Engineering labs and Space Research Center. The visit highlighted UCP’s advanced labs and ongoing research and development in industrial automation and localized manufacturing.
