HACCP Training and Implementation in the Baking Industry

Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences hosted a training session on HACCP Training and Implementation in the Baking Industry, featuring a presentation by Mr. Muhammad Kamran Butt, Head of Quality Assurance at Pizza Hut, on implementing HACCP standards. Following that, Mr. Muhammad Umair Ali, a UCP alumnus and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Pizza Hut, also provided the audience with his valuable insights. The session concluded with a token of appreciation presented to the guests by Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, HoD. This session highlighted UCP’s commitment to connecting academic learning with real-world industry practices.
