University of Central Punjab hosted Summer Jam – The Skill Fest, bringing together young creatives and thinkers from various schools and colleges to explore their interests through practical workshops and competitive tournaments. Participants engaged in practical sessions on Calligraphy with Dr. Shoaib Sarwar, a Public Speaking Masterclass by Ms. Sana Hussain Khan, and Graphic Designing with Mr. Ahsan Raza. These activities aimed to boost students’ creativity and introduce them to techniques in communication and design. Moreover, students competed in Tekken, FIFA, Chess, and Swimming tournaments, applying their gaming and strategic skills. These events fostered tactical thinking and mental skills, allowing participants to demonstrate their athletic and competitive spirit. The closing ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Muhammad Yaqoob, Provost, who distributed certificates and praised the students for their active participation. This event highlighted UCP’s commitment to providing platforms where students can discover their strengths and develop crucial life skills.
