Department of Food & Nutritional Sciences presented a range of innovative food products, developed at the Center of Food Innovation and Commercialization (COFIC-UCP). Our exhibit attracted strong interest from leaders in the food industry, academia and the nutrition sector. Visitors actively explored our novel product line, offered insightful feedback.
