Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences (FOST) has organized a Sensory Evaluation Activity at COFIC in collaboration with Döhler Pakistan and Aiman Foods & Beverages. Students and faculty participated in blind testing of carbonated beverages and consumer acceptability studies.
