Focusing on staff well-being, engagement, training, and policy matters, the Town Hall encouraged open dialogue and collaboration. Key updates included initiatives for staff recognition, workplace fitness, stress management, and AI-related training, alongside policy clarifications on promotions, leave, scholarships, and benefits.
