Faculty of Media & Mass Communication, in collaboration with the International Office, hosted Dr. Evelin Gerda Lindner, a renowned German-Norwegian scholar and Founding President of HumanDHS, for an enlightening talk titled “From Humiliation to Dignity: Analysing Media as a Business Model.” Dr. Lindner, a double doctorate and Nobel Peace Prize nominee, explored the significance of communal systems, the consequences of consumerism and discrimination, and the powerful role of media in shaping human dignity. The session concluded with Prof. Dr. Fawad Baig, Dean of FMMC, presenting a UCP souvenir to Dr. Lindner in appreciation of her insightful contribution and inspiring discussion.
