The Department of Microbiology, successfully organized the 5th Two-Day Hands-on Training on Microbiological and Molecular Techniques. The training enhanced participants’ practical understanding of microbial science and its applications in healthcare, food technology, environmental science, pharmaceuticals, bioenergy, and biotechnology. Through guided laboratory sessions on aseptic techniques, cultivation and handling of microorganisms, microbiological assays, and molecular biology methods, participants gained valuable exposure to real-world laboratory practices. The department appreciated the dedication of faculty members, trainers, and participants in making the event a success.
