BS Food Science and Technology students visited the Mega Kitchen at Allah Walay Trust under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hafiza Rizwana Kausar, Dean FOST, and Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, HOD FNS, with support from Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt, Dean FHSS. The delegation was introduced to the state-of-the-art fireless kitchen facility by the Chairman of Allah Walay Trust, gaining practical insight into large-scale community meal preparation and understanding the role of food science in socially responsible initiatives.
