Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences organized an international session titled “Understanding Quality Aspects in Food: Standards, Compliance and Evaluation”. Mr. Shahid Hafeez Khan, Application and Technical Support Manager at Tate & Lyle, served as the guest speaker and shared valuable insights into food quality standards, regulatory compliance, and evaluation practices. The session was well attended by faculty members and students and offered meaningful exposure to industry-aligned quality management concepts, strengthening participants’ understanding of modern food quality requirements.
