Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences reported that Dr. Zaib Ali Shaheryar, Principal Investigator of the ICGEB project, secured €9,000 in research funding from the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB). As part of international collaboration efforts, Prof. Dr. Sajjad Muhammad, a German-qualified neurosurgeon affiliated with University Hospital Düsseldorf, Germany, where he serves as Head of the Neurovascular Research Unit, Department of Neurosurgery, visited FOPS-UCP. During the visit, a meeting was held with Prof. Dr. Hammad Naveed, the Director of Research, along with the Principal Investigator and Dean, FOPS-UCP, focusing on collaborative research, clinical translation, and capacity building.
