Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui was invited by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) to serve as Lead Facilitator at its three-day Leadership Excellence Program. The program was designed for senior officials in key leadership roles and focused on strengthening strategic, institutional, and personal leadership capabilities. He conducted sessions on leadership styles, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, negotiation frameworks including ZOPA and BATNA, managing change, and performance conversations. The training incorporated simulations, team-based exercises, and reflective assessments to translate theory into practice.
