Faculty of Languages & Literature’s seminar “Improving ESL Learning Through ArticuBot: An AI-Based Tool for Communication Skills” was conducted by Ms. Irum Shahzadi, PhD scholar at Sultan Zainal Abidin University. The session focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing ESL learning and communication skills through innovative tools such as ArticuBot and Google Dialogflow. Students and faculty members actively participated in discussions on AI-assisted language learning, while Ms. Shahzadi also delivered a practical demonstration on developing AI-based responses and handling user queries through chatbot technology. The session concluded with the presentation of a souvenir by Prof. Dr. Tahir Saleem, Head of Department.
