Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences organized a hands-on training session titled “Mastering the Art of Animal Handling” for M.Phil., Ph.D., and undergraduate students, aimed at developing essential practical skills in laboratory animal handling while reinforcing ethical research practices, animal welfare, and scientific responsibility. The session provided valuable experiential learning opportunities that helped participants strengthen competencies required for preclinical and biomedical research. The enthusiasm and active engagement of students reflected their strong commitment to acquiring practical research skills and adhering to best laboratory practices. The Faculty expressed sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Mahtab Ahmad Khan, Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, for his visionary leadership and continued support in promoting research excellence, as well as appreciation for Dr. Shafeeq Ur Rehman, Sectional In-Charge, Pharmacology, for his guidance in organizing the session.
