Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, conducted testing of neoprene rubber bearing pads for Packages Industries Pvt. Ltd. The bearing pads, used in bridge supports and other infrastructure applications, were tested for compression loading, deformation, and sustained loading performance in accordance with the company’s testing requirements. Three samples, each measuring 300 mm × 300 mm × 50 mm, were tested, including two received from Packages Industries and one from Rainbow Ltd., Karachi. After completing the testing and analysis, the department prepared and shared the report with Packages Industries Pvt. Ltd.
