Maida Ajmal Khan, BS Psychology alumna from Class of 2026 has been selected for the Mitacs Globalink Research Internship, University of British Columbia, Canada. Through this prestigious fully-funded international research program, she is conducting research in Cognitive Neuroscience at one of the leading global research universities.
As a Mitacs Globalink intern, Maida is working under the supervision of Todd Woodward at UBC, gaining hands-on experience in research methodology, cognitive neuroscience, and academic research in an international environment. The internship provides opportunities to collaborate with leading researchers, develop advanced research skills, and experience Canada’s research ecosystem firsthand.
Her selection for the program marks an important milestone in her academic journey, building on her undergraduate training in Psychology and her research interests in cognitive and behavioural sciences.
