Dr. Muhammad Nadeem Dogar of the University of Central Punjab conducted a Professional Development Workshop, “Teaching with an Integrated Lens: Spiritually and Ethically Grounded University Education”, at the 86th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The workshop allowed educators to reflect on three interconnected dimensions of their lives: spiritual purpose, professional identity, and personal well-being. The session highlighted the importance of an integrated approach to university teaching, where an educator’s purpose, professional aspirations, and personal fulfillment work together to shape meaningful learning experiences.
