Learning Innovation Centre in collaboration with the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, PIHR and Rizq conducted the four-day Faculty Development Program, “Teaching with a Difference: Negotiating Whole Person Education”. The program brought together UCP faculty members and faculty representatives from 10 universities, with sessions on Whole Person Education, student engagement, ethical AI integration in teaching and learning, relationship-building, research and community engagement, teaching as a vocation, and emerging trends in higher education across Asia. The program also included sessions on reflective leadership, social entrepreneurship, and modern pedagogical frameworks, along with an experiential visit to Rizq Hub, which highlighted the role of community engagement in creating sustainable social impact.
