Faculty of Engineering at the University of Central Punjab has achieved another milestone in engineering education. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has accredited all the three undergraduate engineering programmes of UCP, B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering and B.Sc. Civil Engineering, at level-II under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system. UCP is one of the few private sector universities to have achieved this status for all of its undergraduate engineering programmes – this reflects the high standards of engineering education being imparted at the university. This accreditation based on The Washington Accord will enhance the acceptance of our engineering graduates in local as well as international markets and universities
