The Volunteer in Service (VIS) department, in collaboration with Sundas Foundation, organized the “Smiles Express” activity for thalassemic children, the young warriors. The transfusion hall was transformed into a vibrant, joyful space, filled with love and laughter. Gifts, candies, and a drawing competition brought out the children’s creativity, with prizes for their efforts. The event included games, filling the children’s faces with smiles. This experience brought joy to both the children and volunteers, fostering a sense of positivity and inclusivity. It highlighted the importance of health and sharing joy with others. The initiative supports Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
