On December 17th, 2024, UCP hosted “The Relevance of Rumi in the 21st Century” to commemorate the 751st anniversary of Mevlana Rumi’s reunion. The event reflected on Rumi’s timeless wisdom and its significance in today’s world, where his words of love, unity, and peace continue to guide restless hearts. His message, “Come, come, whoever you are, “reminded us that the search for the Divine transcends all barriers. In an age of chaos, Rumi’s teachings remain a beacon, calling us back to love, compassion, and the eternal journey to the Beloved.
