Faculty of Management Sciences arranged an industrial visit to DIC Packages Ltd. for its BBA students. It included a facility visit and a discussion on employee training programs, both in-house and outsourced, and their critical role in enhancing employee skills and performance. The students also learned about the strategic role of the HR department in improving organizational productivity, with a specific focus on the implementation and impact of digital HR systems. This session emphasized how digital HR solutions streamline processes, improve employee engagement, and drive operational efficiency. The visit also included a comprehensive briefing on the organization’s operational framework, highlighting its business model, organizational structure, and the dynamics of its multinational corporation (MNC). This opportunity allowed students to enhance their understanding of global business practices.
