On Thursday, 16th January 2025, an industrial visit was organized for the F-22, F-23, and F-24 batches of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Central Punjab. Students from the first, second, and third years explored Izhar Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., a renowned manufacturer of boilers, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical applications by providing students with firsthand exposure to manufacturing processes and innovations.
During the tour, students observed:
- Advanced welding techniques.
- Material handling systems.
- Quality assurance practices that demonstrated the company’s commitment to precision and excellence.
Interacting with industry professionals, students gained valuable insights into modern technologies, operational challenges, and industry best practices.
