The Volunteers in Service (VIS) Department, in partnership with the Ibtida Society, proudly launched the Winter Drive, spreading warmth and joy this season. Over 300 pairs of clothes, collected by the VIS Department, were distributed to the families of Ibtida students. Additionally, more than 70 pairs of clothes were awarded to students in recognition of their exceptional talent showcased during the Art Competition organized by the Ibtida Society.
This initiative is part of the ongoing commitment to “Education for All” and making a positive impact in the lives of our students and their communities. By addressing basic needs like clothing, we aim to alleviate some of the challenges faced by families, fostering a sense of care and support. Additionally, this activity aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), by promoting inclusivity and offering opportunities to those who may otherwise be overlooked.
