Dr. Muhammad Awais Shafique, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, was invited by NESPAK to serve as a panelist on the topic of “Green Mobility & Sustainable Transport Systems – Reimagining Urban & Inter-City Connectivity” at the inaugural Climate Change & Green Sustainability Conference. The session offered a platform for Dr. Shafique and other experts to discuss sustainable mobility solutions and the future of eco-friendly transportation in Pakistan. During the session, several participants raised questions related to the topic, and Dr. Shafique provided detailed and satisfactory responses. He also shared the initiatives taken by UCP Lahore to address transportation challenges and mitigate the environmental impacts of climate change.
