We recently hosted a transformative three-day program under the banner of Agile Pakistan, in collaboration with Smart IS and Click Chain, focusing on Agile methodologies and best practices for QA and project management professionals. This event brought together industry leaders to explore cutting-edge strategies for driving agility in their respective fields.
Day 1: QA Transformation Master Class
On October 25th, the QA Transformation Master Class: Road to Agility kicked off the event, featuring experts Majd Uddin (Director – PSTB) and Syed Zawar Ul Hassan (SVP – Agile Pakistan Lahore Chapter), who led sessions on mastering testing practices aligned with Agile methodologies.
Day 2: Conference Day
October 26th was the Conference Day—a full-day event packed with insightful talks, panel discussions, and keynote addresses. Highlights included the opening ceremony led by Sheikh Waqas Naeem (President, Agile Pakistan) and Ahmad Jawad Khan (President, Agile Pakistan Lahore Chapter), followed by a keynote from Sajjad Mustafa Syed (Chairman – P@SHA). Engaging presentations covered key topics such as Psychological Safety in Agile Teams by Asma Arshad and Breaking Barriers in Agile Transformation by Ahsan Maqbool.
Industry experts like Anjum Shahzad (CEO – Vaival Technologies), Mahham Baber (Senior Product Manager – Fitcy Health), and Bilal Shahzad (CTO – Stewart Pakistan) shared valuable insights during the panel discussions on navigating Agile frameworks. The day concluded with an address by Syed Junaid Imam (Member IT – Ministry of IT and Telecom), followed by networking opportunities with industry leaders.
Day 3: Agile Audits Master Class
On October 27th, we wrapped up with the Agile Audits Master Class: Metrics & KPIs, led by Ahmad Jawad Khan (Head of PMO – Vaival Technologies) and Sidra Mir (Senior Project Manager – Vaival Technologies), where they delved deep into Agile audits, metrics, and ensuring compliance with Agile principles.
