Chairman Board of Governors, Mian Amer Mehmood has inaugurated the Centre of Food Innovation & Commercialization (COFIC) — a one-of-a-kind, in-house facility that brings cutting-edge food research and technology to our campus.
With high-tech equipment and advanced labs, COFIC opens new doors for our Department of Food Science and Technology’s BS, MS, and PhD students to explore, create, and lead the future of food innovation through real-world learning.
