Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh, Professor of Chemistry and Director Research at the University of Central Punjab, delivered a keynote lecture at the International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICONN 2025) held at the School of Chemical and Materials Engineering (SCME), NUST, Islamabad.
His talk, titled “Machine Learning Algorithms for Predicting Band Gaps and Photocatalysis Applications of Semiconductor Nanomaterials,” highlighted the use of AI-driven models in accelerating the design and optimization of photocatalytic materials.
