FOMS organized a seminar on “New Product Development: Tools and Methods in the Healthcare Industry” for MBA students. The guest speaker, Mr. Hassaan Rasheed, Assistant Brand Manager at CCL Pharmaceuticals, shared valuable insights into the New Product Development process he used to launch “Pulmoloz Lozenges.” He explained how to conduct company and competitive analysis both before and after launching a new product. The seminar was co-organized by UCP Business School and the Product Development and Management Association-Pakistan Chapter.
