SEO targets unpaid traffic rather than direct traffic or paid traffic. Ms. Haziqah presented the concept of search engine optimization and the use of Google to improve the design of a new website and increase website reach.

Digital marketing is the component of marketing that uses the internet and online-based digital technologies such as desktop computers, mobile phones, and other digital media and platforms to promote products and services. Mr. Zohaib Raja presented the use of social media like Facebook and Instagram to increase the reach of the products.
