Faculty of Languages and Literature organized a research seminar on “Introducing Lexiconc: A corpus tool for lexical bundles and concordances”. The invited speaker of the talk was Dr. Muhammad Afzaal, Associate Professor at Shanghai International Studies University, China. The audience was scholars of PhD linguistics, MPhil linguistics, and literature. Dr. Afzaal introduced Lexiconc and explained the corpus tool for lexical bundles and concordances. He also discussed the importance of developing corpora of Pakistani languages and literary texts. He also discussed developing research collaborations between UCP and SISU to produce industry-oriented research output.
