Department of Psychology’s seminar “Learning Inclusion and Diversity Through Lived Experiences: Transgender Voices in Contemporary Organizations” was organised at the University of Central Punjab by Dr. Madiha Masood. The seminar featured educationist Prof. Dr. Saima Iram, along with Ms. Faizi and Ms. Alisha Shirazi from the transgender community, who shared their lived experiences and perspectives on inclusion and diversity. Prof. Dr. Khalid Manzoor Butt the appreciated the initiative for promoting inclusion, empathy, and social awareness within academic spaces.
