MOU with Dilawar Hussain Foundation

The University of Central Punjab, keeping in view the importance of University-Industry linkages, has signed an MOU with Dilawar Hussain Foundation, a not-for-profit organization working to improve health and education conditions and poverty alleviation in Pakistan. This MoU was led by the Faculty of Life Sciences of UCP.

The signing ceremony was held on Jan, 20th 2022, at UCP. Pro-Rector UCP, Dr Nassar Ikram and CEO Dilawar Hussain Foundation/CCL Pharma, Mr Hassan Zubair Sheikh, signed the mutually agreed-upon document. The purpose of this collaboration between the two institutions is to work together in the health sector to carry out joint research projects and offer employment/ internship opportunities for fresh graduates of the Faculty of Life Sciences of UCP. Mr Hassan Zubair and Dr Afshan Mir, Co-Founder Dilawar Hussain Foundation, appreciated the efforts of UCP and shared their views about collaborating in different research projects with the university. Prof. Dr Nassar Ikram lauded the efforts of the Dean FOLS, FILO-FOLS, ORIC Directorate and Faculty members for this important MoU.
