Directorate of Advanced Studies & Research (DASR) organized the PhD Open Defense of Ms. Nida Siddique, where she defended her dissertation titled “Developing the Scale of Sustainable HRM and Analyzing its Impact on Organizational Outcomes in the Service Sector of Pakistan,” supervised by Dr. Muhammad Shehzad Hanif. The defense panel included Dr. Hina Jaffery from GIU and Dr. Amani Muazzam from IAS-PU as External Examiners, while Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui served as the Internal Examiner. The defense featured a Q&A session, during which Ms. Zaib-un-Nisa addressed questions raised by attending faculty members and fellow PhD scholars, reflecting on the depth and relevance of her research.
