UCP - Centre for Professional Excellence organized external training at Pakistan Railways Academy

UCP – Centre for Professional Excellence organized another external training at Pakistan Railways Academy Walton Lahore on Thursday, October 14.

Engineers, Medical Doctors, Law Officer, Procurement & Production Managers, Officers from the Commercial Dept of Pakistan Railways in grades 17 – 19 and senior officials from the Ministry of Railways participated in this full-day training workshop on Lean and Six Sigma.

During workshop activities, participants learned and discussed tools and techniques that can help in improving quality and service levels at their workplaces. In the end, participants provided their feedback and rated the UCP trainer as outstanding and the training as highly effective.

Head UCP-CPE, Mr Zubair Anwar, facilitated this training session as the resource person.
