Faculty of Engineering organized a 3-Day BIM Bootcamp (Hands-On) in collaboration with the Pakistan Engineering Council. The training workshop focused on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Twin Technologies, providing participants with exposure to digital engineering workflows used in the construction and infrastructure industry. Engineers, students, planners, and industry professionals participated in hands-on sessions to strengthen technical and industry-related digital skills.
The bootcamp covered BIM fundamentals, project setup, modeling workflows, documentation standards, Common Data Environment (CDE), QA/QC procedures, clash detection, 4D/5D BIM concepts, quantity take-off (QTO), and BIM Execution Planning (BEP).
