University of Central Punjab has signed Memoranda of Understanding with LAB1ST and Labcorp to enhance internship and professional training opportunities for Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology students.
The collaborations aim to facilitate internship placements, practical laboratory exposure, professional skill development, and industry-based training, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in modern diagnostic laboratory practices.
Dr. Hafiza Rizwana Kausar, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Dr. Aatif Amin, Head of the Department of Microbiology, and Dr. Mohsin Gulzar Barq, Faculty Industry Liaison Officer, along with other faculty members, representatives from the Career Services Office, and officials from LAB1ST and Labcorp, attended the event.
