Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization’s visit to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Punjab Green Building Headquarters to set up a partnership between the two institutions for environmental research and sustainability. Pro-Rector, Dr. Hammad Naveed, and Director ORIC, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh, led the UCP’s delegation to meet with EPA Director General Mr. Imran Hamid Sheikh and officials to discuss monitoring technologies, regulatory frameworks, and governance. The meeting included UCP’s contributions, such as nanotechnology-based wastewater treatment systems and the use of the university’s Multi-Satellite Ground Station and Aviation Data Hub for air pollution analytics.
