Career Services Office at the University of Central Punjab arranged an HR Meetup – Engineering /Oil & Gas Sector. The meetup was honored by the presence of representatives from the companies of Engineering/ Oil & Gas sector. Importantly, Mr. Kashif Chaudhry (Vice President Human Resource & Administration, Total Parco Pakistan Limited), Ms Zainab Syal (Assistant Manager Recruitment, Total Parco Pakistan Limited), Mr. Syed Tahir Hussain (Director Operations, Dynamic Equipment & Control Pvt Ltd), Mr. Khurram Shahzad Sarwar (Manager Human Resource, Dynamic Equipment & Control Pvt Ltd) and Ms. Fatima Ali (Management Trainee Officer, Dynamic Equipment & Control Pvt Ltd) graced this meetup. The purpose of such an HR meet-up was to bridge the gap between industry and academia. It provided an ideal platform for UCP Career Services Office and HR Heads to discuss the prospects of future collaborations that could be mutually beneficial for companies and UCP. Furthermore, the Career Services Office presented the Job Placement Plan for the Class of 2019 and requested assistance in organizing placement related activities and discussed shared job and internship openings along with the signing of MOUs with University of Central Punjab.
