Eligibility Criteria

For admission into BS Food Science and Technology, the candidates must possess FSc (Pre-Medical / A level or equivalent from recognized institution. The interested candidate must obtain 45 % marks in FLS Entry Test and Interview. Thus admission will be granted purely on merit basis per HEC Criteria. This is eight-semester (04 years) degree program. In the first four semesters the students will take up Compulsory Courses, Foundation Courses, and Supporting Courses. In the later four semesters, the students will be offered Food Science and Technology Specific Courses including Research Projects & Scientific Writing and Internship & its Report Writing. After successful completion of eight semesters, the students will be awarded the degree of BS in Food Science and Technology strictly per HEC Requirement.
