Dr Sidra Mariyam earned her Ph.D. degree in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, MPhil (Economics) from Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) and BS(Hons) from the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Before joining University of Central Punjab (UCP), she was working as Consultant at Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI). Her research interests focus on monetary policy and fiscal policy of Pakistan. She has been teaching Macroeconomics and Time Series Econometrics at graduate and under graduate level.
