Mr. Kamil Shehzad Bakhsh (based in Lahore) is pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Central Punjab. He earned an M.Phil. in Pakistan Studies (Gold Medalist) from Minhaj University, Lahore. His M.Phil. dissertation was titled “The Dynamics of Pakistan–US Relations under Obama’s Af-Pak Policy.” He also holds B.Ed. (Secondary) and topped his batch. His dissertation for B.Ed. was titled “Relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Teachers’ Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intentions in Private Schools of Lahore”
